Techrin is fluent in English and Spanish, and is learning Turkish.Techrin focuses only on the finest waterfront neighborhoods from Golden Beach in North Miami-Dade to the South Gables waterfront. She has participated in over $135,000,000 in sales in the last two years. Sales highlights include 94 La Gorce Circle ($8.6 million), 7 Palm Avenue (twice, $5.85 million and $6.9 million), and 19 Tahiti Beach Island Drive ($8.3 million). She just sold (Aug 2008) a property on Star Island ($8.1 million).

Before joining Avatar Real Estate Services and forming TechrinEstates to take her career to the next level, Techrin was an integral part of the Sotheby’s International Realty team, who worked with celebrities such as Shaquille O’Neal, Shakira, Cher, Sylvester Stallone, and Julio and Enrique Iglesias. Most recently, Techrin has worked with Drew Rosenhaus Sports and Miami Heat MVP Dwyane Wade.
